Apparently he missed out on all the steroids his coworkers were getting.

Recently, New York has implemented a bunch of measures to fix their broken train system. Oh, did I say “fix the trains”? I meant “spend more money than you currently lose on free rides to stop people from getting free rides.”

I know, makes sense!

These measures have taken two distinct forms. First, filling the subways with cops who mainly just stand around playing Candy Crush. Second, add things to the turnstiles that make them harder to jump over. They also bought robots at one point, but they couldn’t figure out what to do with them, so we’ll just stick with the first two things I said.

How are these anti-hop measures working? Well, if this cop’s actions are to be believed, they can really stop someone from jumping over the turnstile — though this is probably more due to the cop’s level of physical fitness than any security measure.
